All our lives have been affected by COVID-19 since March this year but especially those of all our wonderful Friends who have been classified by the government as vulnerable. This has meant that they have had to self-isolate and stay home.

Sue Allison, our Missioner, and I have had to follow government guidelines and postpone all our Town Mission outings, Friends forum lunches, Care Home services and our one-to-one visits. We miss you all!

Although we are unable to see you, we have been able to offer our services to those in need of shopping and prescription collection. Most importantly, we have been able to keep in contact with our Friends by telephone and have had the pleasure of keeping up with how you are all coping. We have especially enjoyed hearing all your memories of VE day. You made history come alive and the stoicism of your generation is shining through today.

Please remember that Sue and I are here for you and are so looking forward to when we all can meet again!

We are so thankful to our wonderful volunteers who are still maintaining contact with our Friends, it is so appreciated!
